No, this was sold by Amazon. Not that it even matters, because they are fantastic
Amazon, based on my previous experiences, has been very good.

I've read of horror stories regarding returns from certain folks over the years. Personally speaking, I've had good luck thus far. I usually purchase New Balance shoes -- 3 pair over the past year -- and satisfaction = excellent. Purchased some MSI GeForce video cards last year and am very impressed. Bought some hats for @Willy4UK's wedding out in Vegas. See below.

Paddock can act critical at times. Hang in there.

That hat is... Prime.
Thanks. I also purchased the cheap Chinese-made jacket from Amazon. Tight fit, but served a Prime purpose. Dem hoes loved that ish after hours.

Love the shoes. Picked up some USB rechargeable bike lights, too. This Job Spotter gig, in which payments are made only in gift cards, is a game-changer.

Critical is fine. Over something so innocuous, is a bit surprising. You'd think I effed their moms in the *** and made them watch. Sensitive group

I'd seriously considered some arbitrage action with General Mills Suddenly Salads via Amazon. Local grocery store runs specials for a buck a box sometimes for all flavors. Resale on Amazon = $1.66 or so. Margins were there, but I decided to hold off. If another good deal comes around, then I may bite.

Amazon is brutal. Saw a story earlier this year about a customer who made excessive returns on basic electronics components and his account got locked. Bezos and company are tough on the little guys. I effed up once and purchased some very long knee-high socks. Those mothers go up past my knees. Still got 'em. Rarely wear 'em.

All you need to return something to Amazon through Kohl’s is the barcode Amazon sends and the item to be returned. Don’t even need a box to ship it in.

shopping at amazon rocks for me... having an amazon center really close means I get just about everything the next day for free with amazon prime.

Order something from Amazon almost weekly. Never had a problem.

Returned an item last week at Kohl's and they do all the shipping arrangements.

Must have bought it through a 3rd party. Every time I’ve ever returned anything to Amazon they have issued a refund as soon as the tracking says it shipped.

They are screwing my mother over right now. She spent $90 on a gift basket and it was delivered with 2 jars broken, glass all in the basket and they say it's not returnable. She is basically being forced to donate that to them because the gift basket is useless.

I ordered a game from amazon. The app alerted me that it had been delivered. I opened my front door to discover no game. Opened app to see the weird picture they send of the package. Picture was of some random location I could not identify. Called amazon and they decided to send another copy of the game I ordered:

The next morning the original order arrived mysteriously at my door. One day later the replacement arrived

Had a somewhat similar experience. Received a notification that my item was "6 stops away". Using their app you can see physically where the delivery vehicle is...it was in my neighborhood. About 10-15 minutes later a car pulls up in front of my house, driver gets out with a package...and delivers it to my neighbor across the street. Just after this happens I get a notification that my package had been delivered. I call my neighbor and asks if he had just received a package addressed to me...said he received a package but it was addressed to his wife.

I called Amazon customer service, told them what happened and they said they would send me another next-day delivery and they did. A few days later I have a package stuck in my mailbox with a note that says..."delivered to wrong address".

Not really. Shouldn't have to launch a full-scale investigation over a shirt.
It paid well, didn’t it. Sounds like they went above and beyond what any other company would do and it was all because of one rogue employee.

-would've assumed it was lotion in the basket for your "mother", glenn(n).

I know everyone was wanting to know how mom's gift basket thing turned out. They made it right and gave her money back and just told her to keep it.
I haven't used them much but have never had a problem
