Embarrassing for the B1G if they lose either, much less both. Rutgers barely squeaked by.
This conference just creates average. It is amazing.
I do love how 15 years ago we made fun of these lame teams and their results. Now we pretend like Minny and Wisky are "tough" and "hardnosed" and "mistake free" and "well coached"

They were easy to make fun of when we didn’t play them. Since we’ve had to lineup head head and play them, well…
Northwestern is awful, but Tulane scored big getting that transfer QB from BYU. That guy could start for a bunch of B1G and SEC teams.
It is like I said, they create average. It is remarkable how pretty much only OSU has been able to avoid it.
We are working our way up to be to that level. It’s crazy, when we joined this conference we still had the mindset that we chased championships….now hitting 9-10 wins will be remarkable yes we are Minny Iowa Purdue Wisconsin
I know, it is insane. And it is not that those teams are good it is that NU is bad.
Now, with that said. PU, NW and Wisconsin are totally done and will basically never be 9 win teams again.
Minny is stuck with PJ because they can't do better and they know what "worse" looks like.
Iowa is lame now so just imagine what it will be like in a year or two.

Sort of. Offseason shoulder surgery had him on the shelf till July. Guessing he’s not 100% no matter what is said. His receiver’s suck too.
The fans who know the truth don't watch anymore, and haven't gone to games in a decade. The only ones left over are those that need NU to be happy and so they make up all sorts of lies and justifications...like Cin had one of the top front 7s we will see all year, or Cin is a good team who somehow has lost 5 in a row. Fans are helpless and have to watch incompetent coaches walk away with dozens of millions of $ because TO won a bunch of games 30 years ago.
So I guess getting that QB Nico hasn't really helped UCLA..

Not a Debbie downer but I’d put us in the questionable category. Happy we are 1-0 but we had to hang on like a mfer
