Gee I wonder why?The refs hatred of the Brands. has been killing this team for years.

Brick was thrown too late per Sparks. Why were they not allowed to challenge the TD in BLOCKS match?
Waited too long to throw the brick. Why were they not allowed to challenge the TD in BLOCKS match?
A LOT of negativity on this board this season that was even dumber and NOT sarcasm. Hard to give anyone the benefit of the doubt at this point…I took it as sarcasm…how could one not?
Yep definitely always on the refs. Never on the coaches. Carry on. Lifetime appointments for the entire staffThe refs hatred of the Brands. has been killing this team for years.
The fact they didn’t allow the brick on that 2nd td is f’n ridiculous. Block also should’ve circled instead of backing straight out 3times. Wtf did he think was going to happen!Lmfao. You are really reaching if you want to turn that into a negative. The REF decided that match with a LOT of garbage. The block alone was a terrible call.
Can’t argue much with the stall calls. You can’t go back straight out of bounds in that last sequence. Anything but that. That was beyond stalling. Hes lucky another one wasn’t called when he backed straight out got out of bounds kneel down and just sat there.
Block just got 1980s90s Iowa’edPeople really think that was acceptable? Goodness how the mighty have fallen
The Refs did him no favors, but you can't continually back to the edge every damn time. He was the better wrestler in the match, but his Mat IQ was off the charts bad.Total home cooking, Block had the only legit shots in the entire match!
You and Corby should party together.A LOT of negativity on this board this season that was even dumber and NOT sarcasm. Hard to give anyone the benefit of the doubt at this point…

Well IF they waited TWOOOO long that is on the coaches!!!! BLOCK was gassed and needed the time!!!! NOT saying it is the GR8est thing, but he could have stole one there!!! I also believe it was a TD!!!!Waited too long to throw the brick.
I have no disagreement with that. Pathetic. I have disagreement with the refs not letting us challenge the 2nd td. That’s absolute ********. Goes right along with the td they awarded lilledahl. Get on their knees and suck psu off every possible chance they get! Can’t argue much with the stall calls. You can’t go back straight out of bounds in that last sequence. Anything but that.
I can’t even imagine what Carver Arena or the branches would sound like if an opponent did that to us. That was clearly stalling. The Refs did him no favors, but you can't continually back to the edge every damn time. He was the better wrestler in the match, but his Mat IQ was off the charts bad.
Nobody else is getting those stall calls like PSU. Same **** year after year. They don't need your help STRIPES? F!
Honestly yes. He kept backing up to the out of bounds area then he started fighting. Fight before then and they don’t happen. So, were the stall calls on Block warranted? I'm listening on YouTube and the Hawk announcers even said to hit him with stalls and were frustrated with Block.
probably could have been hit at least once more when he backed out and sat down on his knees for about 10 seconds - pathetic match wrestlingSo, were the stall calls on Block warranted? I'm listening on YouTube and the Hawk announcers even said to hit him with stalls and were frustrated with Block.
Yeah and Iowa guys have chased a guy like that and no chance getting that many stall calls. Did SVN even take a committed shot?I can’t even imagine what Carver Arena or the branches would sound like if an opponent did that to us. That was clearly stalling.

The brick wins him that match. Not only was there a chance he wins the challenge for another takedown, but he gets time to recover from that adrenaline dump. Again, tell me where the rule says a brick can be too late when NO new wrestling had occurred.Block lost his match between the ears. No tank to finish
They did throw the brick. And it wasn’t that late. Refs have allowed challenges on bricks thrown wayyyy later than that 1Situational awareness is lacking sometimes. That was close to a takedown. If you throw the brick and we lose at least you get a lung timeout.
Again in the end it's on the wrestler but just bad coaching didn't help. That match was infuriating
Dan Gable would have been asking the ref to stall him out. How the mighty have fallen. That was beyond stalling. Hes lucky another one wasn’t called when he backed straight out got out of bounds kneel down and just sat there.
