gregor is too stupid to realize that half the conference is ranked...the acc has no one but clemson....yet the Big XII sucks.....

You really are all sorts of stupid aren't your gregor.

The fat, nerdy kid took your spot on the baseball and basketball teams when you were younger didn't he? Then the band geek stole your ugly girlfriend in high school.

Hell....maybe we really should feel sorry for gregor....poor kid has nothing.

Using my band geek tag is uncool. Any hoot Big12 pride LOL. The question still remains......does Big12 get poached once
again around 2023-2024?

Hey how bout how quickly the Lot lurker bailed out when I stuffed my two clubs down his throat haha. It’s hilarious when i prove you guys wrong every time. I’ve never lied about myself one time on this site. And only bring up when you guys force me into sharing my life with you.

BIG 12 schools are solidly in third in tv ratings, solidly in third in revenues, yet people (from leagues less fortunate for the most part) keep insinuating that somehow, someway their conference is safe and stable, yet the BIG 12 is in some ridiculous danger of being "poached"?

Just not the way it works. We can expect that if by 2025 the acc network hasn't paid off as those schools hoped, Clemson will be looking to move on.

The PAC 12 has many problems that don't appear to be going away, and are in as bad a state as the acc for revenues if not worse, as their networks are already well underway and underperforming seriously.

The only potential realignment coming for the BIG 12 is growth. Otherwise, unless the entire structure of every conference changes, the BIG 12 is here to stay long term, but may absorb some other schools.

You are 4-5 in football against WVU. You are 11-8 against WVU men’s basketball, and 2 of those wins came last year during our worst season in history. But yeah, you dominate across the board. But now that Texas is “back” I guess we will never win again.

Despite the garbage you continue to spew trying to convince everyone you are the everlasting know-it-all, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Arkansas, South Carolina, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Missouri, Auburn or Tennessee are not annual juggernauts.

We have played Georgia and beaten them. We have played Florida and beaten them. We have played Auburn and beaten them. We played LSU and Bama in the last 10 years and they sure as heck didn’t blow us out the way you make out like we never stand a chance.

As I have said before, nobody is more incompetent at running an athletic program than Texas.

Nobody does less with more than Texas. All that money. All those recruits. All that publicity. All that fan support. Your own tv channel. And the annual question is whether Texas will finally be back this year, etc...

There are about 50 schools out there that would compete for a national title every single year if they had the wasted resources Texas wastes every single year in failure.

They are in different sports.

Not just talking about football here.

WVU competes on the National Level in only one sport sponsered by the Big 12
Women's soccer

I can begin to list all the sports these schools compete in.

Difficult to do it in 100% of sports but at least you have to do it in 3-5 sports and at least one of the big time sports
Football, basketball or baseball.

Keep up Allen. The poster included PAC12 in same spot as no GOR Big12. The PAC sucks but because of where they are they will always survive. When was the last time the PAC lost a team. Oh wait! PAC came and took a Big12 team.

Ever heard of Men's basketball? Football? other than last year basketball has been in lots of sweet 16s, some elite 8's and even a final four not long ago--that's not competitive in exactly what universe?

Football had a highly regarded Heisman hopeful and was in the playoff discussion up until the last couple of games last year. What universe is that not competitive?

Why the mod allows liars and trolls here --have no idea.

The men's basketball program has had ups and downs in the Big 12.
We will see this year.

You see it in the Big 12. Some programs may not win in football but they are elite in something.
Basketball or baseball.

The SEC has a bunch of programs who have a hunger to win at everything.

May not be football but it is usually basketball or baseball.

WVU has drastically improved across the board in a lot of sports but they still aren't there in 90℅ of sports to compete for a Big 12 championship.

Women's soccer is the only sport that WVU has proved capable of winning multiple Big 12 championships.

Here's what I hope eventually happens. Pitt and WVU somehow, someway get invited to the B1G. Wouldn't that be fun, fan4ever? You could have annual games with three boyhood rivals in Penn State, Pitt, and Maryland, and then, just for kicks, you get to play Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, and Rutgers every year. Then, add in a couple cross over games against Wisconsin or Iowa or Nebraska or Minnesota. That's where WVU and Pitt belong.

Men's basketball has already played for two championships.

Texas Tech and K State are the ones who topped KU.
Before Texas, OU, Oklahoma State and Iowa State have.

Kansas is the gold standard. If you can beat them you should go on a deep run.

Point is WVU has not topped KU yet so you can't act like you have a program capable of winning multiple regular season Big 12 championships.

If you watch the SEC you see how LSU, Tennessee and Auburn have raised their level to compete with Kentucky.

No you have not beaten Kansas for a regular season Big 12 championship

Oklahoma State finished ninth in 2017-2018 and beat KU twice in the regular season.
But they didn't top KU at the end.

Point is WVU has to show that hunger to win.
In the SEC it is even tougher. Most of those schools will throw their mom in front of a train to win.

Statements of FACT are not spamming--spamming is what you are doing everytime you post with your endless lies, derailing threads (as right now), personal attacks and trolling me, Holgorsen, whoever your ego doesn't think shares your anti WVU agenda.

The bullsh!t spewing out of what you write is epic, and the only people that respond to you are your alter ego's here and other troll friends.

You are an idiot. Time you move on.

But WVU HAS beaten Kansas and HAS played for championships in the BIG 12 and that shows they are more than competitive, while you lie and pretend the only team ever competitive is women's soccer.

The SEC is hyper competitive. Missouri doesn't even fit in but they are trying.

Look at Texas. They had a down year in baseball. Brought back Huston Street who brought along Troy Tulowitzki.
Both are volunteer coaches and just helped signed the #1 class for 2020.

Not trying to be an ******* but WVU wouldn't enjoy their time as a SEC school.

There must be a desire to win to survive in that conference. Has to be in all sports.
They have more alphas in their conference that have attached winning in sports to their self worth.

Reason why Arkansas became a basketball power and still is a power in track and baseball.
They wanted to beat Texas more than anything.

Arkansas and Missouri, but moreso Arkansas has completely fallen off the map since joining the SEC.

Same for Nebraska and the Big 10. They can hate on Texas (and Oklahoma) all they want, but they were much for successful in the Big XII/Big 8/SWC than they are now.
