USM is the best team we've played & it feels like, if Lem is going to get this thing going, this is the type of early season win he needs to build some momentum.

In the end, the game won't in anyway decide our fate or Lem's, but it would be a good momentum builder as we inch closer to SEC play.

Hoping a change in scenery may help our hitters. First road game & sometimes that can help

Yeah i dont consider this a big game. If it were a 3 game series, then yes.

Both will be throwing down the line arms. So we dont get a real view of how we shape up, and we arent taking USM's best shot either.

Its a quality mid-week game, and something we should schedule more of. But no mid week game is a big game IMO.

I think it's big from the players standpoint for sure. MSM is obviously not a good team, but a sweep is a sweep. Need to be able to sustain some positive momentum if we want to have a shot in SEC play.

The "new" Varsity app is great & really reliable, better than anything else I've used. Too bad our team the past 2 years has not been.
