In addition to having class, and being excellent at color commentary, he's funny as heck. A few yrs back I started a thread of Shon Morris quotes. I'd love to revive that as he does more games.

Thank you! I’ll add my son’s favorite about 8 years ago (he was 11 at the time): our opponent had just chucked a shot, or an alley oop perhaps that was wildly off the mark, past the backboard into the student section and Shon quickly said, “well I’m not sure who that one was for, but I think the peanut vendor in third row might have been open.”
