Nobody knows
Not only that, no one has a clue!

The players won't say **** about it and their "agents" are only going to leak info that is so totally inflated so that they can hopefully get even more money the next season.

The NIL people can't say "No, that is not how much, we only paid him XXX amount" because then they sound like cheap *** lowballers.

Texas spends big. 5 million at least on Arch. TT has billionaire donors. A@M has oil and gas money. OSU spends big. Oregon has Phil Knight Nike money. List is probably pretty close to correct

I wouldn’t be shocked if it is Texas. But when your dealing with 18-22 year olds who’s frontal lobe hasn’t fully developed, it doesn’t matter how much you pay them doesn’t mean they’ll perform better.

Georgia is running on fumes from their stockpiling 5* days.

Couple more reloads and they'll be just another SEC team, like Alabama
The old SEC teams are finding out they used to be the big spenders before NIL. Now they are having trouble keeping up with the Jones's. Probably why Saban left. More of a level playing field now.

This is 100% why that ***** left.

It was all fun and games when the boosters promised him that if he left Miami and the NFL for the Bama job that "They" would buy him the best players they could.

So he took the job and the plan was in place.

Would love to understand BYU in the NIL era. Such an enigma, with a cash-laden rich church behind the scenes. Not knocking them, just curious how they are working it.
