35 minute interview with Moos this morning on Sipple's show, I posted some excerpts if you don't want to listen to the full thing.
We've kind of had 2 chances to leave.. I hope the third and final chance comes in the form of the B1G kicking us out, forcing us to go back to our roots. That would be a blessing in disguise, as our current leadership has no desire to leave the B1G.. this is an easy money scam game to them.
My understanding is the current administration finally swore fealty to Tony Petitti and got in line. That's why they finally went ahead with combining UNL and UNMC a decade after the B1G asked them to and are trying to get AAU status back to not be the eyesore on the B1G.
it started with Trev & Ted Carter, but the powers that be are indeed all in line now.. there is no other way out.. we tow whatever the conference line is.. this conference move was the nail in the coffin for Husker football. We have been exceptional however at Women's sports, and the B1G loves that.
