They already put Stricklin on lay away. He gets 5 more years, then moves to AD-emeritus status.
That said, you gotta figure their next coaching hire will be done by committee.

Stricklin is safe due to the basketball national championship, but he won't be the one making a decision on a new football coach, I can guerantee you that.
Hiring the Peeping Tom that won Flarda a men's basketball chammionship probably allows Loafers enough leeway to keep his job. If their basketball team doesn't have that run last year, I think Strick would be gone.

A couple of weeks ago, they gave him a raise, a 5 year extension, and a guaranteed 5 year retirement gig after 2030. I mean, they could fire him, but it will cost them about $13 Million.
