Probably awesome until indicted.
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) prohibit USA residents and citizens from opening CFD accounts on domestic or foreign platforms. CFDs are illegal in part because they are an over-the-counter (OTC) product – not passing through regulated exchanges.

I wish I did. I bought in when it was in the $6,000's......sold out in the $8,000's. I do think it still has a place in the future. Cathie Wood and ARK-Invest continue to determine that it has value.

I bought in initially around $3000 and then added to it at higher levels. I firmly believe crypto currencies are the future and you can see a transition going on right now. The projections of Bitcoin reaching $100K in the next few years are not unrealistic IMO.

Anybody mining again? A paltry Nvidia GTX 1050 produces ~$17 / month after 0.10/KWh operating costs. Nivida RTX 3080 yields $225.90 / month after 0.10/KWh operating costs. Practical method for heating an apartment room during winter months. [winking]

This is why I can’t get one and why stock sucks 4 months after “launch”. Miners have PCs with 67-70 3080s in them but average joes can’t buy one. **** crypto.

I have made a massive amount of money on bitcoin in the last two months when I first took a position. It's going crazy!

I did some research and listened to all the "experts" before I jumped in and what I noticed was that the people that actually understood the blockchain networks and how the work like John Mcafee founder of Mcafee antivirus software were extremely bullish on bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and many had invested heavily into it. The other "experts" for instance big bank guys like Jamie Dimon who knew nothing about blockchain were predicted a bubble that would soon pop. In the end I listened to the smart guys that knew what they were talking about.

I have most of my investment in Bitcoin but some smaller stakes in Ethereum and Litecoin. I'm also looking into take some very small positions in some of the early stage coins like Iota.

I'm pretty well convinced that cryptocurrencies will become the internet of the world financial sector as there are so many advantages of them over convention currencies that are subject to central bank manipulation, hyperinflation etc.

Still holding any Bitcoin ?

Ethereum is a good buy right now if you have the gumption to hold it for a number of years. Look it up, particularly that their technology is being used by Fortune 500 companies now.
Ethereum is up 50% since I first mentioned it on this thread on Jan. 11 and up 7% TODAY!!!

Excuse me while I kiss the sky.
