I can tell you that black bear is only one of many very nice golf courses that are very affordable in Louisiana. One thing that makes it easier living here. There are tons of quality affordable golf courses to play, which is not the case alot of places in Mississippi.

As far as goat ranches go, it is a pretty decent course.

I played the course last summer and saw two black bears cross the 2nd fairway while I was on the green.
