I'm sure it could be better but apparently the Republicans can't come up with anything better.
Republicans have come up with a better system: shut up, pay for premiums, and die if you can't. [thumbsup]
The irony is that he says "If you want you can keep your doctor you can keep your doctor" will go down as one of the great political lies shortly after he says he'll immediately repeal and replace Obamacare, which will go down as one of the great political lies.
