I know this is already too late to ask but just signed up for a 4 day 3 night trip with them thru Choice Privileges. Has anyone ever gone on one of these $199 trips with a 2 hour time share presentation? Good thing...bad thing?? any suggestions etc!! any destinations that I should stay away from?

Bluegreen is a good company that doesn't pressure you to buy. I would recommend the resort near Branson called the Wilderness Club at Big Cedar. It is owned by Bass Pro and is one of the most beautiful resorts in the country.

Don't let the bad reviews scare you dacred. People are more likely to write bad reviews then good ones. I had a very positive experience with Bluegreen.

I did the Branson one with my family. Warning, you don't stay at the resort. You do get a hotel near it. Also you have to bug the mess out of them about every little thing that was promised. We were suppose to get a cruise too. Never got it.
All in all, it was alright and the deal they try and sell is Very Tempting.
If I had the money I may have done it.

Have had a timeshare for over 30 years now and taken over 40 weeks of vacations...Great way to vacation...Don't buy while on tour...if you really like the product and would use it then buy on the secondary market. You can get the same product for about 10% of what they are selling for or less... Time share is not an investment, but a nice way to take a quality vacation...also you need to do some research...not all timeshares are created equal...

It got buried in an unrelated thread, but I'll put a MAJOR plug in for Double Arrow Outfitters in Montana. I don't know what the cost is like these days, but if you like camping out in the wilderness it's incredible.
