He was only given one scholarship to TCU. 2 time all american at de, and a definate 1st rounder in the nfl. Just thought it was interesting

These teams may not even attempt to have the schedule we do, but they still win without great talent. Just shows you that coaching goes a long way.

But what they have had for years is (1) player development and (2) an easier schedule. Croom obviously couldn't develop a QB to save his life, and this is what Bosie relies heavily on. They get a mid-tier QB recruit, develop them, and put good athletes around them. They have a winning formula for their division, but I'm afraid if they entered a different conference then they would have to change that formula.
