I think some P5 schools may regret passing on him
Gophers took a back that is faster. Johnson is quicker with better cutting ability. We did fine here.

He blew up his senior year and they already had a back committed since June. Class is pretty much full.
Fleck signed Zach Evans, Rockwall TX, the 9th rated APB, with 15 offers, including Texas, Notre Dame, Iowa, Kansas, Utah, and Arizona State. BTW, my brother taught at Johnson's high school and confirms that he is a great kid, with great parents, who happen to be Liberian immigrants. My guess is Johnson will work very hard to make the best of his opportunity at Nebraska and to prove he belongs.
