Jamont was stubborn as a mule and a huge idiot, but he was a wrecking ball going to the basket, and won us some games with clutch buzzer beaters.

a very good player, but a lousy point guard.

Dee is the type of point guard who makes everyone around him better. Plus, he has a nice shooting touch. He holds the school record for assists, and has made as many clutch plays as anyone.

Not to mention he didn't play defense and couldn't shoot. One of the most overrated players in MSU history.

best PG I ever saw at MSU. He was on a BAD team, you boys would stroke out with one like that.

He scored ~30 in the 98ish SECT semi final OT lost to upig.....talk about ***** teams w/ good PG. also, think they beat Arizona on the road that year.

Other than that...hard to argue against 3D as best MSU PG ever. Won SECT as a freshmens.....w/ stans son chewing his ear on bench while down 7 pts to UT. WTF?

They average almost identical numbers for assists per game, around 5. Both point guards had great shooting nights and had slumps. Gordon had more game winners, and in bigger games.
