I've watched him play full games about 8-9 times going back to him playing against Kahlil Whitney when he was a junior and Whitney was a senior. Wasn't even in the same realm. Boston was the better player by a mile. He has a complete scoring package. Solid athleticism, great ball handling and really good shooter, plus size for his position. He should be one of the better players weve seen under Cal. Jamal Murray level scorer.

I don't think expecting a top five player to play like one of the best players in the entire country is asking too much from a young player. The kid is elite and playing for Cal and the style of play will only help with allowing the overall skillset to show so much earlier in the season than later.

honestly I think that one is too good. I don’t think college officials are good enough to notice. He would probably get called for a double tbh

His footwork for a wing his age is unmatched at that level. I realize it’s not game speed/competition but he makes pro moves look smooth. You can tell he puts a lot of time into his craft. Kid is going to be trouble for CBB this season.

I know some may worry about the dude's lean frame, but with a player with as much talent and overall skillset such as Boston, it won't stop the kid from scoring and being the elite group of wing players coming out of the college game. I believe the kid is going to be one of the best players in college. The kid looks like a legit stud on the court.

he looks way bouncier than i remembered. we could be seeing clear-outs at a level we’ve never seen before at uk. i still think we’ll see a lot of ddo, but the threat to step back will be as strong as the threat to drive. even askew’s step back shot is pretty sweet. in this way clarke is going to be extremely hard to defend. how can you play back with guys like boston out there? you can’t. defenses will be forced to step out. even in a zone. our guys are going to collect many fouls when they put it on the floor, and the spacing should be ideal.

It’s basically shooting practice and from information like this you say you expect a kid to be one of the best players in the country.
