A bit off topic, but look at the interaction between Coen and Marques Cox at 10 secs on the clip. It’s a small thing, but I honestly doubt Scangarello had that kind of relationship with any player on the team last year and Coen built that sense of camaraderie within like two months of meeting Cox for the first time.

Scang wasn’t relatable I feel. Coen if nothing else is easy to be around and talk to. You can tell by the way he interviews.
