I found this link on a South Carolina site talking about how many tickets they would be given for each game.

Does anyone have any information on this for MSU? I don't see any reason why ours would be any different.

If this is true I might be nieve, but I think more than 15,000 bowl game tickets will be presold to bulldog club members alone, so who is going to get the short end of the stick here?

Not sure but I was wondering the same thing, since I don't get to make it to any home games.I would like to see this one though being home for the holidays and all. I have no priority though.

Who do I send my $100 too???

An easy way to gain points is by consecutive years of membership. I'm still a student (law school), so I can't drop huge chunks of cash. Nevertheless, I get credit for consecutive years (thus increasing my priority). And you get to say you are a "true" fan to some on this board who consider membership a requirement.

On a side note, does anyone have a quirky donation plan? Mine is an automatic $100 a year and then additional contributions as EARNED by State. I want to reward success:

I donate $10 for each football and basketball game won.
I donate $25 for each victory over TSUN
I donate $50 for each banner/title/bowl win

I have pre-ordered 10 bowl tickets, but I think my BC membership only allows me to get 8 season tickets. The lady didn't miss a beat when I said I wanted 10. Just said something like "okay, we've got you down'. I guess my question is, will I really get 10 when it gets to nut-cutting time or will I just get 8?

Bulldog Club site and it was accepted. But it indicated that the credit card payment wouldn't be processed until December 25. I don't know if that means that I get four tickets for certain or not.

If they do, I hope they notify those who get shorted as soon as physically possible instead of having a surprise when the credit card gets charged or the tickets arrive.

At least that's what it sounded like from talking to the ticket office yesterday. They weren't really that clear but I didn't press them on it.</p>

The ticket office will have around 12,000 to sell to public.<div style="background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 191); border-top-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-color: initial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; height: auto; line-height: normal; text-align: left; width: auto; direction: ltr; z-index: 99995; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; "></div><div>
</div><div>If you figure the top half of the bulldog club gets tix at an average of 3 per order you are looking at 13,500. My guess is that the entire allotment will be had by BC members.</div>

hey guys, I havent posted in a while and had a dumb question. Other than being guaranteed a seat with other Dawgs and boosting your priority, what's the benefit to purchasing tix through the BDC? Im not currently a BDC member but was thinking of going to ATL. The CFA site has tix. Whats the difference in buying from one or the other?
Thx

2nd, If you're not already in the BC you can probably get much better tickets than you'd get (being last in line) by getting some off of stubhub. I don't think there's any great benefit to getting them through the BC, but you will start building up points for consecutive years of giving. Assuming you intend on giving something.

At 300 per seat to get between the 20s. And I've boughtbseason tix for 13 years. And that puts me at like 4000th in priority list. Not that all 4000 will order tix. But hey, I'm hopeful

My wife and I both donate despite the fact we can only make 3 or 4 games a year. Every year we put out 2,200 MSU graduates with a love for our Bulldogs and hopefully disposable income; compared to 4 or 5 thousand at other universities. Our equalization comes from high participation. We are lucky to be part of the bulldog family just see the ticket prices and seat licenses taxes at other schools. $50 is so worth excellent quality on the field.

Virginia Tech got 17,500 tickets from the Peach Bowl last year, so I assume it will be the same for this year. I couldn't find how many they gave to Tennessee last year, but I assume it's the same.

So, based on that, assuming the same number of tickets, you need to be in the top 6,000 in the BC to be in good shape. (3 tickets per person average x6,000 -500 not going rough estimate)
