Got my hopes up again, so here's to this not being a jinx!

Trend from the previous listing (week 5) will be marked as ▲,▼, or -, if available. Due to SEC bowl tiers, some trends are subjective.

CBS: No Bowl ▼
ESPN - Schlabach - Liberty Bowl vs TCU ▼
ESPN - No Bowl ▼
CFN: No Bowl ▼
Athlon Sports - Birmingham Bowl vs Tulane -
FootballNetwork: Duke's Mayo Bowl vs SMU ▲
Sports Illustrated: Texas Bowl vs TCU -
USA Today: No Bowl ▼
Saturday Down South: No Bowl ▼

Not updated yet:
LWOS: Birmingham Bowl vs ECU -

Need help on:
Brett McMurphy for On3: Birmingham Bowl vs Minnesota -

If we finish with a win over Ole Miss, the Liberty Bowl would normally make a lot of sense, however, it's still under construction and missing a lot of seats. I think I'd defer to the Birmingham Bowl this year provided they play it in UAB's new stadium.

The Birmingham Bowl is indeed in Protective Stadium. It’s not a bad venue. Concessions are literally repetitive within line of sight, but otherwise, I like it.

There has been a lot of development around the new Protective Stadium and in the area around Legacy Arena and Top a Golf that actually makes Birmingham more appealing than Memphis. In fact, I think a Birmingham Bowl should move ahead of the a Liberty Bowl in the picking order!

CBS originally had us in the Liberty playing TCU in the early Sunday morning update. Guess they looked at our schedule and don't think we're getting to 6 wins. I do.

It will be in the stadium downtown.

Birmingham is not a possibility unless only 3 SEC teams make the playoff or Auburn beats Alabama.

Gasparilla will be the lowest possible bowl.

I really want the Birmingham Bowl. Would definitely make the trip. It’s an easy drive in a nice stadium to a bowl we’ve never been to.

Yeah, Memphis or Birmingham are always the best locations for MSU to take a lot of fans. Don't think I'd make the Mayo Bowl.....just too far.

Not quite sure what you're saying there. At this point I'd expect at least 4 (TAMU, BAMA, UGA, UM) in the playoffs.
That could then roll like:
Citrus Bowl - Texas
Gator Bowl - Vandy
Texas Bowl -Oklahoma
Music City Bowl - Missouri
Mayo Bowl - Tennessee
Liberty Bowl - LSU
Birmingham Bowl - State
Gasparilla Bowl - empty (unless Auburn or Florida somehow got to 6 wins)

You're missing the ReliaQuest Bowl, old Outback Bowl, in Tampa, so you can pencil it in after the Citrus and bump everyone up a spot.

Dang. I sure am.
So, because I like Nashville better than Charlotte or Memphis...
