What always sticks out to me in these games with good teams from smaller conferences is the linemen. Without even knowing who I was watching, I would say these teams execute pretty well on offense and have some pretty good skill players, but their linemen don't look like SEC linemen do. They may have guys who are 6'4" 300lbs, but they aren't built anywhere near the same. They look more suited to crushing a buffet than an opponent.
But that really doesn't have anything to do with your post. Just an observation. And yeah, turns out BG isn't terrible. Playing well against #14.
I would like to get NIU's kicker, just nailed a 51 yd field goal that would have been good at 61 yds.

I think we knew this going into our game with them. I knew they were a quality club. Granted , it pissed me off that it came down to the wire. None the less, they have a competitive team this year.

I haven't watched NIU this season
but this has to be their worst coached game. They have 3 plays they seem to run. Defense is horrendous. How did this team go undefeated?
