Just put Barry Stewart on him, then let Phil relieve him. I would like to see more of the 2-3 matchup zone though.

We play good team defense but I don't think Kodi and Ravern could maintain enough defensive intensity to make the trap work. One weak link in that and it becomes a three point contest in the corners for the other team.

Clarke is a great shooter no doubt, but he can be contained with our standard mix of mostly man and a little zone. I would prefer the zone when he is on the bench though. The problem with the box against Arkansas is Mike Washington. If we vacate the paint to play box, we open up the lane and potentially allow Washington to easily get the ball in scoring position. Then we're counting on Jarvis/Kodi/Osby/Riek to slide over and pick him up and Washington with the ball in the paint is going to be a load for any of them to stop. With Fortson back, Arkansas has several perimeter players to make this entry pass - Fortson, Welsh, and Nobles for sure, and Clarke too for that matter. I'd much rather see us plau straight up man. Let Dee handle Fortson aGAIN and Barry chase Clarke.
