I have Amazon Prime so that’s a no go. I did however boycott Tyson years ago if that’s good enough. Their chicken nuggets/tenders are god awful and soggy now
Duke is a blue blood school other than connecticut they deserve that deal.
Im not watching those games I know that. Duke has a unfathomable advantage right now but so be it. I heard the roster is maybe $40 million with Amazon NIL on board.

You know Netflix will be getting in on the action soon, and if I'm UK I would scramble like hell to find any alumni with connections in that world. Duke is ahead of the curve, but being second would still make a big difference.

I stopped using them a long time ago along with others in favor of more ethical companies.
I remember when the prevailing view on here was that Duke would become irrelevant when Coach K retires.

I really thought when NIL started we would be doing exactly like duke is and have every player and tons of money...
But nope, we have bad leadership administration that slow rolled to the NIL table and made bad hire to our flagship athletic program as well.
They dont get all the blame..Cal's slide his last 4 or 5 years hurt us too due to support loss and Cal himself being off puting to fans and boosters during a critical time.
He's way better at drawing up plays & running offense than Calipari is for sure.

It’s amazing what happens your fans media support NIL instead of trashing it like the fans and media do here. We signed that awesome deal with fanatics, it doesn’t even get mentioned on this board because the awesome NIL opportunities it provides don’t go along with the narrative. When UK fans talk about NIL at UK it’s lies about restrictions and having to do deals with UK partners. If Duke had signed the Fanatics deal there would be a 5 page thread on this board about how amazing it is.
The companies - well they may have - didn't vote for our leaders. Blame the voters who refuse to turn over Congress.
Schools have been doing this for years - Notre Dame with NBC, Texas with the Longhorn Network, etc

The last title we won in an “even” decade was in 1949.
Pope never bragged publicly bragged about a $22 million roster. It was 100% media and fans. He never once even confirmed the number. He was asked May and jokingly said the roster has a $200 million valuation. He was asked after the Iowa State loss and said something like the are a lot of interesting numbers out there. I’m not sure what our fans obsession with making up stuff when it comes to our NIL but it needs to stop.
I sure hope you’re right. The part of this that feels the most unrealistic is only 12 losses this season haha.
It really is odd. Similar to college football and talking about the cost of SEC rosters and not talking about OSUs title team being in that $40m range, IU is printing money right now as well, and Phil Knight will buy a football title.
I binge-watched that series last week. It took me a few episodes to get into it but I like it. Now I have to wait until the new season comes out.
