They are. They should get back to the championship game easily too because there is no team close in 6A West. The next best team is Mount Tabor & SWG. East is where the comp is. Metro is honestly bad in hoop this year too. Dudley is mediocre at best, Page is bad, Western is mediocre, Grimsley also mediocre. It’s just Southwest & Smith

I just know Weddington is 11-6. West Forysth is 16-0. I would think West Forsyth should take this one. Unless Weddington has had really good teams they played I would say WF is favorites to win this one.

They won the 3A State Championship in Men's Basketball last year going 29-3 overall.

E.E. Smith, has been largely irrelevant from State Title contention in both Football and Basketball. I don't recall anyone ever really talking about them on message boards.

Yeah this is true particularly in football EE Smith and Douglas Byrd have fallen off a steep cliff into the abyss.

Big game going on now as North Meck is playing West Charlotte. Last seen NM was up 48-43
