Brackets...

Haven't done one in years, my teams not being in the tournament year after year has really made me lose interest.
Did one only because a few years back I didn’t and I wish I had. I hardly know anything about the game anymore. Isn’t just NIL for basketball…the one and done made it hard to know who plays for who, and the game became hard to watch with all the timeouts, fouls, and reviews.
The one good thing about CBB is March Madness. They haven’t screwed that up YET! Although they are trying with the obvious setup for upsets with 12-5 and 11-6 seeds. The talk of expansion is ridiculous. And last season the indication was that the days of deep runs by mid-majors could be over with the NIL.
But for now, I’ll enjoy seeing how my bracket does. Might not have much longer to enjoy at least that part.
Conference Tournaments used to be awesome as well but they’ve completely ruined that with expansion to massive conferences.

I will do two brackets every year, 1 on a serious take, and the 2nd is just for fun. Try to pick upsets, or push the team I want to win it all.
I do a bracket every year with friends and neighbors. I purchase youtube tv for a month so I can watch first round at work every year. Last year wasn't as exciting. I assumed due to NIL. I hope that isn't the case again this year or like everything else I'll lose interest. I've been watching and participating in brackets since I was in college in the 90's. Thursday and Friday games are usually incredibly entertaining.
Did one in an effort to have something on TV worth watching. Never went into a post season knowing as little as I do about the teams though.
