The new biscuit shop in town does a great job of engaging folk on social media. She has a chalk board up at her store where she posts her "Biscuit Bucket List." This is a list of notable people that she either want to come to the store or have come to the store (not sure which). But she posted pics with current football players signing their name to this list. Today, she posted this status:

"Ok biscuit friends!! Here is the down low. I received a call this morning requesting to remove photos of CURRENT MSU athletes and info showing they are requested to come in for the bucket list. YES, they can stay on my board..that's fine!! Just can't show it off via www.thebiscuitlady.com for you guys. I had no idea, but the University was SUPER nice about it and loves the biscuits either way!! It's great fun all around, but someone complained..so in compliance I will go, now that I know!! SO..it's going to be up to YOU all to post the goods of the Biscuit Bucket List. That's not something I can do when it comes to current athletes. All others can still be posted. There is NO issue with their signature and name being on our board along with all others on the board. It's ME promoting they are on the board specifically..not seeing their name in a photo, etc. I know they love it as much as we do!!! Thanks for the help and understanding when I remove these photos."

Bracky followed up as he is supposed to do. Not really something to drag Bracky through the mud about.

Wonder what the difference in this is and pictures of prospects with current athletes and "student escorts" being posted on social media enjoying themselves in bars while on official visits to a university?

Bracky's job is to keep us compliant with the rules. He doesn't make them. He just had to enforce them. It's either, "Gawd I hate Bracky! He's the damn worst!". Or we get some kind of infraction. And then it's Bracky's fault. Either way he loses. So with that said, I'll gladly take being compliant.

I disagree. This view of what compliance holds MSU back IMO. It's a game that no one else is playing anymore...
