after Locke asked him if he was questioning coming back. The key word is plan but this makes me feel a little better.

1st round money ain't nearly what it used to be.. with a ton of returning starters (hopefully Banks too), he could go higher next year

That would be hard to pass up. Hewould have tolook at the publicity he has garnered this year (multiple SEC lineman of the week)and how it couldlead to greater pubnext year (preseason All-SEC, All-America, watch lists, etc.), and whether he could make that translate into a top 5 or top 10 pick. Plus, you always have to look at who is coming out this year at the position (supposedly it's thin for DL) and who could be coming out next year (no idea).

I'd hate to see him go. I don't know the difference in money from pick 1 to pick 20 to pick 40, but I hope he gets some good advice, whatever that may be. Can you "test the waters" with the NFL? I don't think so...

It sure is nice to have a player good enough to have to make such a decision.

and he said if he is projected first rounder, I think Cox said "it's a no brainer". That guy has as the kids say today "gone ham" this season.
