I thought the ending was fantastic. Rare to see a show end with some closure. One of the best TV series of all time.

From the twitters... so I can't claim this one...

But giving Walter White a few months alone in a cabin is like giving Nick Saban a month to prepare for a BCS game.

I think I expected more of a twist to the ending. It was creative in how closure was brought to most everything, but in the spirit of how the rest of the series went, I expected more of an unexpecting ending. I think it went about like everyone expected if would.

Perfect ending for the show. Loved it. So happy to see Jesse strangle the life out of Todd and to hear Walt let Lydia know she was going to die.

That was a bada!@# ending.

Thought it was perfect especially with Bad finger song. Hey Lydia does it feel lie you have the flu.

I liked the ending too. Vince Gilligan said afterward he thought the show should tie up loose ends and that is what happened. Some of it may have been a little predictable, but still good imo.

I wish Jessie would have taken some $$ with him and Walt would have put the mask on and started cooking...
I was rooting for Walt to live, but he had to die for the show to end..

I agree

Him dying while Jesse escaped was the perfect way to end it.

I kind of think Walt had full intentions if that last scene being a suicide mission where everyone dies including Jesse until he saw Jesse was more of a prisoner instead of a partner who was willingly using Walt 's recipe

I think it was a great episode. It didn't have any crazy twists, and the finale plot was for the most part predictable (if not a little improbable) but it was executed so well. All the actors are amazing, every shot is carefully planned out, and there's always more than meets the eye (like symbolism in Marty Robbins songs). I think the best part about Breaking Bad over the past two seasons is there are very few wasted scenes. It's fast-paced (Walking Dead should take notes) and it seems every scene is crucial to the plot and has awesome acting.

Let's all take a moment of silence as we remember our fallen hero, Todd. His quick thinking, gentle nature, and eye for ladies fashion showed him to be the kind-hearted Renaissance man we all knew him to be. RIP Todd.
