Glad we got Mullen but this would have been our best option, especially bringing his staff along. FL's offense has improved exponentially under Brent Pease

I agree with most of what you are saying here... but the offense would have likely been under Bryan Harsin not Brent Pease(at least initially). Pease was OC for only one season at Boise, while Harsin was there as OC for the previous 5 years before leaving for Texas with Diaz after the 2010 season...
