Watching the news right now and Brett has a huge blackspot on his forehead. Looks like hair dye? They even cut away to talk to other people and came back and it's still there, lol.

Is that what it is? They showed another guy on another clip and he had it as well. I thought something was wrong with my TV, lol.
You thought your TV had a problem that made black spots follow random peoples foreheads?
It made Joy Behar, Sarah Silverman, Jimmy Kimmel, Justin Trudeau, and Ralph Northram appear in black face. So why not with black spots.
I just shook my head after reading the OP's smart thought process but continued to read for the responses.

Upon reading the title, I thought Bret Bearup, who played for the Cats back in the 80s. He also posted lots in the old Political Thread during run-up to the 2008 election . Bret passed away May, 2018.
