First comment was “First of all I’m P*ssed”. I like this. We’ve had too many coaches who would start with how great it was that we played close, etc. and naturally he did talk about what we did well. But I like the way he started the interview.

You don’t want a leader and a coach who isn’t pissed that we lose !

This guy gets it and understands why we lost and can implement a plan to fix it.
We have been pretty good with mostly mediocre coaching for a while.
I look forward to the next 10 years of MS Baseball under this leadership!
