Exactly. Anyone who claims they hate this doesn't understand that the NBA is an entertainment business.

Non-Mavericks fans would tune in to games probably 100 people would watch otherwise, it adds a respect factor to Cuban, and there's no doubt he would gain some fans from the women's college basketball faithful for the Mavs and he would lose zero existing fans from the experiment.

Call her up the day after the draft and tell her to come workout with the team. Nothing to lose. A lot to gain, just not on the court. But what is a Juwuan Howard type of guy doing for you on the bench anyway?
