it was a great hire. you could say it was the best hire by any team. you dont actually know all the people the seacrh firm is talking to. nobody in virginia knew about bronco till he was hired

Definitely the most surprising hire. I'd say Richt to Miami was better (and probably lucky that both were open). But yes, a great hire by them and wholly unexpected
