And that is also a danger for the big 10 schools losing top recruits to schools in the south where the weather is better (SEC). For awhile there it seemed like the Big10 was going to be the power 5 doormat conference (and my assumption was a possible trend of top Midwest recruits heading south?) but things have seemingly turned around the past few years with Urban Meyer and Harbaugh coming into the conference. I think most people would say the big10 this year was the best conference top to bottom in the nation.
