Dude can flat out coach!! Cheats and lies like an SOB as well..just sayin...the 5 year "show cause" issue and general integrity issues aside, it would be fun to see how he would do with this team. BTW, has a school ever "shown cause" and prevailed in hiring a coach in that situation?

Only Jackie NEVER actually got caught doing anything wrong unlike Pearl. Those around him did several times....which did, in essence, have the NCAA trying hard to get him. They'd come after Pearl with every bit as much wrath... but at least OM is already used to us beating them every year in basketball, so they would be less likely to go nuts about it...
Doubt you'd see much lashing back from UM over basketball. Football is their baby. Football school, you know?<div>

is a hell of a good coach that no doubt would have us in the top 15 every year. Problem is he pissed somebody off long ago and they will make sure he never coaches again. He is a marked man for some reason. I think it goes way back to him turning in another coach. Their are those that will see to it that Pearl will forever be 17ed. It's a shame.
If anything BP would have the hump filled with a buncha crazed women and children knocking over geriatrics trying to get court side. He transformed thompson boling arena froma mausoleum into thunderdome.This guy would bust into classes at UT unannounced and ask professors for a few minutes to discuss the program anddrove the level of enthusiasm for hoops at UT off the charts.
