Not even close. Wrestling parents are some of the best I have been around. Selected baseball parent are by far the worst
All situational. I've seen a 9 year olds parents make their kid cry and belittle him because he lost to my kid at a wrestling tournament.. I've never personally seen that happen in baseball. But again all situational.. I think every sport has bad parents because they let their egos get in the way and they are trying to relive their "glory days" thru their children. It's sad honestly

I can just tell you from my experiences in the sports that I have coached or that my close friends have coached.

Super Crazy Parents: Any select/club sport but there are still tiers for that.

High School Sports:
Crazy Parents: Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball (Probably in that order but it can vary a bit)

Normal: Track, Cross Country (usually because the parents don't even know their kid is on the team), wrestling.

I have never done anything with swimming or diving (because I am black and we don't swim) but I can imagine parents being annoying because of how much time/money they have invested.

Football is a wildcard. It can go either way.

It was great when it was in Lincoln too.

When they moved it to Omaha the super fraidy-cats out in central and western NE lost their minds...but clearly it was the right choice.
I think the people out there like it being in Omaha

I agree.Parent spend big money and a lot of time devoted to club/select sports and expect a Roi. Most of the time there kids just suck. No matter how much money or experience and coaching the kids get

He’ll need to move out of state to get into a better room. The competition in Nebraska is not good enough.

Listened to the whole interview. Was a bit of a tough listen but Crawford seems pretty convincing that he is done for real
