Plenty of legit docs on twitter saying it - that’s why. But apparently the uncle was wrong about the second heart stoppage anyway. So it’s irrelevant.

In any case, to seriously look at CC - who it impacts 99% of the time, the odds of this happening to padded professional athletes, etc. - and come to the conclusion (especially without having actual doctors who are treating him say a single word) is just as ridiculous and irrational as pointing to vaccines. That’s my humble opinion.
I don't know why a doctor would say it couldn't be CC because the heart stopped a second time. He went into cardiac arrest----after that, what caused it, is meaningless. The heart has been compromised.

Again, I said CC b/c I am familiar with it. Not b/c I am defending a vaccine that I never go.

Murders and suicide? Geez.

It’s just really sad that because the media keeps saying he’s “improving,” people think they’re just watching a dude pass out.

He literally died at that moment. He has likely been brain dead ever since.
That's a very big assumption. With immediate cpr and aed usage, he isn't necessarily brain dead. Already being only 50% vent dependent is a good sign.

Ever heard of HIPPA? His Dr's can't say anything.

It would be close.

Rewatching the broadcast, 2 min go by without CPR being administered. Commercial break, then around 5 minutes the ambulance has arrived but nothing can be seen. This is also the time that you can tell player reactions have shifted to that of this isn’t your normal injury and a traumatizing event. I assume CPR was taking place at that point. After about 3-4 minutes without CPR, brain damage is usually likely. Obviously not every scenario has the same outcomes.

Pretty incredible! All the credit goes to modern medicine, the quick action of medical personnel on the field, and world-class care at UC Hospital.

The place specializes in trauma treatments. DW's step-niece shot 4X by her DA estranged husband treated there. She was left a quad & survived about 8 years. Fortunately he had the courtesy of also blowing his brains out.

I’m going to say it seems like many nfl players are in a bad place mentally. This causes a shut down. Hamlin wakes up asking who won. Massive overreaction by the nfl, coaches, and a players. You don’t get to pick and choose when to play when you’re a professional athlete. You got all this out pouring for tee Higgins who did nothing. It just seems like things hit an emotional wall. Many of us have seen worse in our lifetimes same with players and while they may have had their moments there wasn’t this collective break. Like what occurred. It’s just a game when you’re an amateur as a pro it’s your job to play.

I'm not a Bengals fan. But I am concerned for the Bengals WR that hit him. Can't imagine what he is going thru, and how difficult it will be for him to play, and especially to initiate a hit again.

LOL - quick to make sure no one credits prayer? 😆
Yet another example of you trying to pick a fight with someone for absolutely no reason. A real *** hat you are. Billions of people could have prayed for him but if no one actually does the work to save his life on the field and in the hospital then all of those prayers are for nothing. Get a life.

I'm not talking about this specific example. I have had multiple run ins with you on this site and you constantly love to start arguments for no reason with several others on here. This is just another example of that.

It was a playful ribbing between two long-time denizens of UK bulletin boards, I'm sure WCFIO took it as such. So stop trying to be offended by proxy.

If it was meant to be playful then so be it but I'm not full of knowledge on who is friendly with who on a UK sports message board. All I know is the history of Caveman's enjoyment in creating arguments and I took it as such.

False - even for atheists, false.

I’m not an atheist. I’m a baptist and a believer. That said I’m also of the strong belief god does not intervene and can go on for days and months as to why I believe that. There is no amount of prayer that will save someone.

First, your response post was false and I did not say you are an atheist. People do feel better knowing others care enough to spend time for them in prayer, even if they do not believe.

Second, there is nothing Christian about espousing a god that will not and does not intervene, regardless of how long you can say otherwise. You have your own religion, it is not biblical.

Not true at all. My beliefs just don’t align with yours and you’re to close minded to accept that. Nothing more than a religious zealot.

If religion were so straight forward and very specific beliefs had to followed, then there would only be one and not separate denominations.

If I had to guess, I’d guess catholic for you…

You might want to guess follower of Jesus who believes there is truth in the Bible that we cannot simply reject.

“Most people associate the word ‘catholic’ with the Roman Catholic Church. Yet, when used with a little c, the word simply means worldwide or universal. This is why Protestants use the Nicene Creed to affirm their belief in the ‘one, holy, catholic, apostolic church.’”

The Bible was written and interpreted by man. So while a good guide, should absolutely not be taken as hard truth.

Is that a zealot’s perspective you espouse?

We definitely disagree. You have engineered your own religion, which you are free to do, of course. And, as you admit, it is not based on the Bible. But, I will listen to and attempt to follow the word of God. Jesus’ teachings reject your beliefs about God.

Sadly this type of thing is happening a lot these days. Being in the AFA, it comes with 100% certainty he has to take certain medication.
Being an athlete and at a service academy, one would hope his general medical state was fairly well established understood. I realize that some problems are not detected by the typical regime of tests, but he should have been more aware than your average 21 year-old. Sad story.
