I get emails from Bulldog Junction each week with offers. Some sound really good. But, what can I get at BDJ that I can't get right here from the Pack?

articles, recruiting news, its worth it. I was in the same boat you were this time last year, and did it, and I just renewed again.

They have the most accurate recruiting info- they don't blow smoke up your *** and they don't do the "secret commit" BS. That's what I like the most about it- it's accurate. Paul will shoot it straight with you.

The only bad thing about BDJ is that they don't have the database that scout has. If they did, I think Genespage would die out completely.

The database is ESPN's, so it's their fault.

Paul Jones has burys nut sack resting on his chin.

That's really the only complaint I have about the site.

I don't want a clone of genespage, those people act like Stansbury is god. Although it does sound much better than GP, I think I may switch.

Surely one of them will fit your budget.
Light-years ahead of the Rivals board.

Can't compare it with Gene's, since I've never been a premium member of that one.
But anecdotal references tell me it's stronger.

for talking him into taking the job. I took the $3 one month trial on BDJ and just signed up for three more months. I enjoy the recruiting site, dog biscuits, Jackie's column and believe the posters on the boards are less inclined to indulge in ******** although some do, including me to a degree because they're willing to pay for something.

But I will say that at least Paul will let people vent about Stansbury instead of banning a bunch of people because he doesn't agree with their opinion.

They are great about letting you speak your opinion without banning you over it. I think Paul said they have banned one person since it started up, and he wasn't even a state fan

Definitely worth the money. (I got a lifetime membership for $100. Worth every dime) There are some great articles by the Kang, Matt Wyatt, Bart Hyche. Paul and Michael keep you up to date on everything.

I still think http://mississippistate.rivals.com/ (bulldogblitz) is the best site for
pure recruiting information. I think rivals has the best up to date
recruiting info out there, and great articles too. Their message board is a bit dull. If you
care about a good message board, then you should probably look
elsewhere. I come to SPS for message board, and mostly go to
bulldogblitz for recruiting info.

That said, both BulldogBlitz and BDJ are far and away more accurate and up to date than scout.

I wouldn't buy a annual subscription as I don't think its worth it. However, I would recommend a lifetime one if its available as its a small amount for not having to renew each year.
