On a related note, Quentin Saulsberry might have a shot at getting some snaps with Peyton this year for the Broncos. Their center is out with an injury. They have some other options, and Saulsberry has had some off the field issues the last year, but he definitely won't be cut or anything.
its funny you posted this because i actually did some quick research on his chances to make the team earlier this afternoon, but from what i could tell, quite a few media and fans had him pegged as making the practice squad (to some, it seemed like a foregone conclusion). one of the outlets had him listed with all the other receivers as needing to separate himself from the pack, but with the binns injury, they are gonna have to pick one of the guys in the pack to make sure they have the depth....and as a positive for bumphis, he is more likely to offer more because of his special teams background. glad he showed some spark and hope he makes the cut.
Saulsberry got busted for DUI recently. I hope the Broncos will keep him, but he's not getting his act together.
