Bury's boys played like they wanted it tonight.

USA was pretty terrible on D at times but we moved well without the ball, played good D., looked like we were running an offense, passed well.

And the white Ref was f'in terrible. I'd like to kick him in the nuts.

....especially on defense. Jarvis was everywhere. Ravern shot real well, making 4 of 5 3 point shots. Dee ran the team well and also played excellent D. Barry Stewart is still struggling. He played good defense, but is just not hitting his shots.

Barry got knocked the f out a few times and not a single whistle. Meanwhile, Jarvis is just standing there on two consecutive possessions and gets called for a foul both times when the other guy's elbow hits HIM. Unbelievable.

chicken dance?

Two more questions:
Was that refereeing crew tired from working a junior high game earlier in the day? Even having said that, how on earth did Ronnie Arrow get to finish that game?

.

edit to add: I don't know who or what kind of T the first one was on. Aren't there different technical fouls now? I really don't know.

he should try driving the basket without presenting the ball up in the air on a damn platter for anyone to swat away. Randy's drives to the basket tonight are what Jarvis' wet dreams are made of.

truth be told, i really did like seeing him attack the basket so many times. it showed an aggression that seems to be missing from him so often. but damn...he was just begging to get the ball beat outta his hand.

if the 3 drives he took were fouls on USA, then Jarvis and Bailey would foul out of every game.

but looking at their record and schedule so far this year, losing to them AT HOME is embarrassing.
