Vandy sucks, Texas is dog ****, and they struggle against SEMU without the starters. Auburn game will be very telling, but right now I'm buying.

Sell. We would have still dropped that same turd in game #1, so Vandy would have beat us.

You're telling me that you think we would go 2-0 @Texas and @Vandy, but 1-1 @Auburn and Troy?

Am I? Vandy's beat who? Not to mention they rank no better than 50 in any stat despite that schedule. Texas has blowout losses to BYU and Ole Miss and wins against NMSU and a close one against a KSU team that lost to a D2 school.

Auburn's only loss is a close one to an LSU team that looks better than Alabama so far (currently being discusses on this board). The WSU team they barely beat went on to beat USC and is coached by the late great Leach.

Let's end this silliness

Saying that AU lost a "close" one to LSU this year is like saying Ole Miss lost a close one to Bama last season. Neither game was EVER in doubt. This is the dumbest argument around.

I don't know what our record would be with their schedule, but we've yet to show enough for me to be confident that we'd have the same enthusiasm they have regardless of schedule. USC is your example? You mean the same USC that has recruits tweeting that they will never commit to USC so long as Kiffen is there? Super example. Let's not forget that Vandy would have beat the doors off of us every day in the past couple of years. Sure, it's Vandy, but everyone seems to conveniently "forget" that nugget. Another great example.

The Bama game was never in doubt tonight. They are nowhere near that level. Why MSU fans feel the need to dwell on it as if they are is beyond me. Perhaps we should focus on ourselves, because we have plenty of issues regardless of a blowout over a ****** Troy team.

Bingo! Plus that wash st. Team just got the brakes beat off them. You can't really compare like that. It's all about match ups. Plus it depends on how ready the coaches get them ready. We had our opportunities and didn't take advantage. We gonna have to learn to finish and our team needs to have the meanest in them. Stomp teams when they are down and the crappy teams don't count. We should of brought it to aubby but they folded like a lawn chair. Hopefully coach has their mind right and we can get one on the bayou bengals.

If we're 2-2 with our schedule, we'd be 2-2 with theirs.
That's bright.

Auburn > Vandy

OSU > Texas

Troy = Texas

vandy is not the vandy of last year. new qb....shaky d that gave up 24 to uab....pretty much the one threat is matthews. i think we would beat vandy. my question would be could we beat texas. they are the definition of dysfunction, but im not sure a tr lead team could put up points even against that defense. dak maybe, tr, no. vandy is in somewhat of a rebuilding year.
