I actually thought it was Spurrier at first glance.

Also, I've always thought that Cohen bears a strong resemblance to young George "Dubya" Bush, especially when he is wearing a ball-cap (see the pic)

Cohen seems to do the same squinty-eyed, furrowed-brow look that is comical trademark of Dubya .
