Buy/Sell Anthony Dixon is so pumped after being forced to sit out last week he explodes against Auburn and has a career day.

I'll buy-Dixon is a competitor and has been waiting all year for this opportunity. I have got a feeling he is going to be so psyched and charged up for this game you could jump-start a tractor off him. I think sitting out last week made him hungrier for a chance to get the ball in his hands and prove he is "the man" at MSU on offense.

He's been lazy as hell his first 3 years at MSU, why would he change now? On the other hand, he did drop about 20 pounds this offseason so maybe working with a more demanding coach has done him some good.

I don't see him exploding but I see him playing harder than ever. He has a sense of purpose about him and it will show. Auburns defense is good enough to keep him from having a great day but dixon will show some passion for the game.

I think he probably understands that he needs a really good year to even have a chance of being drafted. I think that will probably force him to play with more of a sense of purpose, especially since he had to sit a game.

I think that if he has a really good year, he'll go somewhere, but there are a ****-load of really good runningbacks that will be draft eligible after this season.

And there's a very real chance we won't have anyone drafted this year. Crxxm's recruiting has left very little for Mullen to work with here.

He's not your prototypical NFL MLB, but I think if a team later in the draft wanted to take someone will a lot of potential, then Chaney would be the guy. Other than that youre right. No one else on this team would even come close to getting drafted unless they had a huge breakout type of season. And even then it might still be a reach.

he'll avg more yds a carry than normal, but he wont get the carries to have a career day. Nor do i think he'll get enough carries in any game this year to have a career day outside of TD's in the possibility that we get stopped within the 3 a bunch of times in a game. Yds, no chance. Too many people in the backfield and Mullen loves the rotation to keep everyone's energy through the 4th quarter.

I think Auburn does like every team in the SEC does to us. They load up on the inside to stop the run and force us to win through the air.
