I think they are actually planning to add another upper deck to the other end zone in the future. So no room for it.

A UA alum I know has said that they already have preliminary drawings & budgeting for an upper deck addition, but they may still be looking at some funding sources. I would have to think that if they do another upper deck, a elephanttron will be part of the package.
