Again, even this situation is of their own making. They had to know that if they weren't going to make him coach, it was going to be awkward. There is no way that guy is in your building and you don't know the effect he is going to have on the team given his love for that school. It may pay off for them though, because the situation has made a him a fan favorite and they may benefit recruiting wise.
