Buy/Sell: If Dak hadn't played today, we would have lost.

I'll sell but not very confidently. Surely we would have found a way without him, even with Mullen doing everything he could do to prevent it.

I guess it would have been nice to see Fitzgerald alternate in for five series.*****

I have no idea what anyone has seen in Williams to have any confidence in him. I realize I see him a lot with the 2nd teamers around him, but being surrounded by 2nd teamers shouldn't cause you to make bad decisions or bad throws. It's hardly a stretch to say if Dak goes down, our season is pretty much done.

Slight sell. I don't think UAB could handle a pounding on the ground with heat and tempo. But we would have lost this game outright in Birmingham.

Buy unless Fitzgerald is a better QB than Williams is. And I'm far from convinced he's not.

If Dan would have kept his D.A. flip floppn' of qb's we WOULD have lost! Thanks for not letting your offense to really get in a rhythm. If he doesn't let Dak get in rhythm for the season he'll NEVER be ready for LSU. What a waste of potentially the most talented QB we've ever had.

I agree with this. How many 'heisman candidate' qb's alternate with their backup no matter who they're playing. Play Dak, get a big lead, let Williams play the rest of the game.
