I don't know of many teams that can win with poor coaching
Even Alabama couldn't win with poor coaching when they had Shula. I don't think we have poor coaches. I think we just have coaches that can't go a whole game without making bonehead decisions. And against better talented teams or even same talented teams, you won't win many games doing that.

Buy. The scheme is everything. And not just at football. Smaller forces can defeat larger forces in war. Teams outmatched talent-wise can still win if they play a smarter game (and practice the ever loving mess out of that smarter game, so there is hard work involved).
