Does Coach Mullen (dang, that felt good) try to talk Wes Carroll into to staying? Consider this: Wes was our best option-QB the past two seasons. I say BUY. At least for depth sake -- something Croom never understood -- you try to convince a kid who's started 5-6 SEC games to stick around.

but I suspect that if Wes Carroll were in any way concerned about MSU's depth, we wouldn't be having this conversation in the first place.

I wish him well (hope he stays) whatever happens though.

No O line will cripple any QB. Somehow, I think he'll be back.

He regressed under Croom. I think Mullen would coach him up. I have no idea who will be in what role next year. But I'd rather see Carroll here. I think he is a winner.
