teams have to do what they have to do. He messes with their salary cap and they spent two draft picks on QBs this year with the understanding that Favre was gone. They gave him a chance to come back earlier and he said he was done for good so they did what they had to. You can't run a football team that way. Then after all that they broke down and gave him a chance to compete for the job and then he decided his feelings were too hurt. So they basically said f*ck you. That's baseball.

If those same people pulled that same **** every year, and I had to hear about it ad nauseum every year, they'd get on my nerves, too.

I also hope Brett Favre loses every game from here on out. I used to like Favre until he was recently rude to a Make-A-Wish child and his parents.

the team fail. I would prefer Rodgers suck just enough to not win the games that would get them over the hump, but not Ryan Leaf suck.

People are making way to much out of the Favre decision making process. Why must we all assume these guys are capable of making good decisions and freak the <17> out when they dont? The vast majority of them would be in a world of hurt if they were left by themselves to make decisions not involving a football.
