If the Bears lose to the Hogs this morning they miss the NCAA tournament. I'm not sure if I'm buying or selling on that. It'll be close, but I'm going to buy. LSU got left out with a slightly better resume last year.

LSU finished with 13 SEC wins last year, and 56% of SEC teams since 2003 have been left out when having 13 conference wins.

OM finished with 14 SEC wins this year, and no "qualified" SEC team with 14 has been left out since 2003, although Bama was once left out with 15.

IMO, the SEC gets at least 8, possibly 9. IMO Ole Miss gets the 8th bid over Georgia at this point, who also lost last night.

...RPI-wise, they're a two-seed but they are the 9-seed in the conference tournament and ninth place in the SEC has often meant a 3-seed.

I'll say 3-seed.

Somebody's with 14 SEC wins is going to get left out, but I think it will be Georgia.
